· Experienced Business Analyst with a track record for gathering, shaping and establishing priorities for requirements.
· Experience in working as part of Scrum/Kanban teams
· Capability to drive business requirement process and navigate across functions
· Analytical skills to formulate business plans and recommendations
· Articulate, business-oriented verbal and written communication.
· Ability to take on Senior business managers to solicit requirements / priorities
· Broad, enterprise-level IT exposure as appropriate for Professional services domain.

Successful execution across multiple projects as a Business Analyst role.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role (Business Analyst)

Build confidence with client business and IT functions to extract high-level business, functional, non-functional requirements. Capture business needs, gain closure; determine priorities.

Clearly articulate and document business requirements consistent with client practices.

Assess risks across alternative solutions; set and communicate final priorities across competing business demands.

Coordinate project delivery; participate in design review and solution walk-throughs to validate proposed solutions. Communication pros / cons of systems designs to non-IT stakeholders.

Obtain key input from enterprise/solution architecture teams and identify solution interdependencies.
