Job Description :
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Generwell.
Developing reports to meet business requirements including building queries.
Performing incremental version upgrades of Generwell.
Interfacing with other internal corporate IT groups for testing routine system upgrades such as changes with databases and servers.
Updating documentation for Generwell.
Assisting with Generwell maintenance.
Providing periodic user training in company Divisions.
Working with the business to create custom workflows in Generwell.
Building and maintaining relationships with our business customers.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Minimum of 2 years'' experience with Generwell providing technical support, training, resolving system issues and building reports required.
Oracle experience
Ability to work well in a team environment, handle heavy workloads, and must be a self-starter.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
