Job Description :
Has 5-7 years of experience working as Business Analyst , with Recent experience of being a BA and having worked on AGILE methodologies
Has 2-3 years of experience in Wells/Oil & Gas domain (Preferred)
Has experience of 5-7 full lifecycle deliveries using agile and / or waterfall methodologies.
Assists the Product Owner(s) and the Agile Team in refining the Product Backlog Items / User Stories.
Interprets business requirements and develops business and/or functional specifications.
Responsibilities include :
·Support gathering the functional requirements for application development /enhancement etc. and operational requirements of the Product;
·Work with Customer analysts and contribute to finalizing and prioritizing the functional requirements;
·Carry out business process mapping, business process reengineering and business process analysis wherever needed;
.Conduct feasibility studies, produce high-level and detailed business models;
.Validate strategies, requirements and business needs;
·Understand use cases and functional product requirements and translate them to Product Backlog Items;
·Review UAT scenarios and training materials;
.Finalize scope, requirements, design and establish a base-line on which delivery of a solution can commence;
.Manage requests for application of changes to base-lined requirements;
.Identify the impact on business requirements of interim (e.g. migration) scenarios as well as the required end position;
·Review of testing approach and materials to ensure business requirements are met;
·Assist in Third Line Support of production issue resolution as it pertains to business processes;
·Understand use cases, technical requirements and functional product requirements and translate them to Product Backlog Items;
·Implement the BP authorized and approved standards, guidelines, and procedures;
·Document all requirements in required formats.
·Assist Testers to develop test scripts and to perform testing;
·Unit test and review objects developed from functional specifications;
.Initiate and influence relationships with stakeholders and act as a single point of contact for them;
.Communicate effectively so that customers, suppliers and other stakeholders understand and agree what will meet their needs.
