Job Description :
The InfoSec Business Analyst (BA) will provide support to the Access Controls and Account Recertification (ACAR)
Program lead by the InfoSec Risk Management group in the office of the CISO. The InfoSec Risk BA will support the
project team by documenting detailed business requirements for the onboarding of applications to the target Identity & Access Management tool (RSA Via) and agile user stories for subsequent phases of the implementation of the IAM
program tools and governance processes.
Primary tasks will include:
Document detailed requirements for applications and systems being onboarded to the RSA Via tool for delivery to the IAM Operations team and ACAR project developers
Create user stories for Agile deployment of IAM program tools and governance processes that will be delivered to the IAM Operations team
Partner with the ACAR Scrum Master to ensure requirements and user stories meet ETRADE documentation standards
Collaborate with the ACAR project team, IAM Governance, and IAM Operations team to understand, clarify, and document program objectives as needed to complete Agile user stories and epics.
Microsoft Office toolset experience includes: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Intermediate to Advanced skills highly recommended.
Problem solving capabilities, experience working in a complex IT environment recommended.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to communicate effectively to Business and Technical teams.
General understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and IT General Controls highly desired.
JIRA and RSA Via experience a plus but not required.
