84 Months Demonstrated hands-on experience with all phases of business operations report specifications development including creating business requirements documentations (BRDs), report mock ups, flow charts, and acceptance testing for business intelligence tools to design report, data analysis, or Dashboards for operational reporting business solutions.
84 Months Demonstrated hands-on experience in conducting quality assurance, report testing, tracking bugs, validating fixes and developing user acceptance documents using Business Intelligence Tools.
84 Months Demonstrated hands on experience in documenting business rules, report mock-ups, business process flow diagrams and test plans using Business Intelligence Tools
48 Months Demonstrated hands-on experience using SQL for performing data profiling and data analysis to understand data from source system to target destination and working with the technical team to identify data anomalies and ensure report accuracy.
36 Months Experience in participating in project reviews and validating that product adheres to EIM design standards.
36 Months Demonstrated experience working in an agile project environment.
18 Months Experience developing end user training materials, user acceptance criteria and conducting training sessions with data owners and the user community.
Bachelor degree in business intelligence, information science, criminal justice, health science, computer science, mathematics, or public/business administration with an analytics or communications background (e.g., math, statistics, quantitative methods coursework
Responsibilities
Daily Tasks will include but not limited to the following:
Acts as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements.
Document project requirements in accordance with the standards.
Work closely with technical team members to oversee and validate implementation of the functional requirements.
Create and execute test scripts to validate initial business requirements and report output through the DEV, QA and PROD environments.
Assist in providing training & technical support for business users.
At an expert level, perform data profiling and data analysis and document/present data anomalies.
Support multiple phases to convert Oracle Portals, Business Areas, and Discoverer Workbooks to the current Oracle analytical reporting platform.
