Job Role - Business Analyst
Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience in the following areas
o Gathering and documenting requirements from the client/business
o Business process and data analysis
o Experience in the health care Industry, specifically Health & Human Services programs (e.g. SNAP, TANF, CHIP, MAGI / Non-MAGI Medicaid, or LIHEAP
o Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor''s degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, or related field
· 1+ years of experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test and implementation), specifically with Agile-based, project implementations
· Ability to communicate analysis, including trends and opportunities, to clients and the business in writing and verbally
· Ability to problem solve, including multiple priorities, conflicting research and/or inaccurate data
· Previous experience and skills with the following:
o Business Process Definition
o Business Requirements Definition
o User Story Development
o Process Mapping (SIPOC / detailed process mapping)
o Business/Systems Analysis
o Interviewing/Requirements Elicitation
o Presentation Skills
o Active Listening
