IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for an Business Analyst to join our customer in Phoenix AZ. This is an ONSITE position. Please find below additional details about this job. Job Responsibilities:
Work with IT teams and agency/project staff, identifies Business Intelligence (BI), reporting and data analysis 50%
Assist with business requirement development, priorities, feasibility assessments, use cases, user acceptance testing plans; define key KPIs, develops, designs and document workflows, dashboards, alerts, reports, user guides and other BI related info/data 50%
Qualifications:
Knowledge of: strategies for achieving effective data acquisition, management, quality, storage, use and application; applicable laws, rules, policies regarding security, privacy, and management of confidential data; statistical and business analysis; business operations, methods, and practices; workflow engineering; IT lifecycle and information system design; qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing and measuring program/project efficacy; project management disciplines and techniques
Skill in: providing technical assistance to business partners; performing analytic functions including workflow and statistical analysis; effectively utilizing data collection, research, and analysis methodologies; communicating complex information to non-technical audiences; interpreting and evaluating information; oral and written communication
Ability to: plan, organize, and prioritize projects; evaluate information and make recommendations; assess stakeholder and end user information needs; promote the use of business intelligence to make effective business decisions; communicate verbally and in writing; to establish and maintain effective working relationships; collaborate with IT/BI and program staff to achieve shared goals; perform analysis and evaluation; engage with diverse audiences and stakeholders; demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations and streamline work processes
Certifications Preferred: CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) or CHCQM certification (Certified in Health Care Quality Management)
Experience Preferred:
Previous experience with health care quality measures such as Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS), CMS Core and CMS 416
Prior experience creating reports to related to health care quality improvement and performance outcomes
4 + years in data analytics
Additional Details for this Position:
- In-state travel may be required. Will require to clear driver''s license record checks, must maintain acceptable driving records and must complete any required driver training.
- Consultants may be required to use their own transportation as well as maintaining valid motor vehicle insurance; however, mileage will be reimbursed.
- Applicants for this position will be required secure and maintain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
