Responsibilities:
? Support the Business Engineering team in the management and administration of the statewide Project Investment Justification (PIJ) process
? Responsible for reporting analysis and documentation for the Business Engagement team
? Support the development of business requirements, functional design documents, processes, and solution designs
? Support the Engagement Management team in uncovering valuable technology based information about our state agencies
? Uncover areas for improvement, provide necessary documentation, and make recommendations to support different technology needs within state agencies as needed
? Provide product analysis support for the ADOA-ASET product lines, explore new product platform opportunities, and make necessary product development recommendations
? Be an independent thinker, while being a team player and partner
? Work effectively with diverse groups
? Ability to work in a team environment to collaborate on solutions
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
? Bachelor''s Degree, preferably in the areas of Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
? Proficient knowledge of requirements gathering processes and analysis
? Experience writing business & technical requirement documents
? Knowledge and experience in the areas of software development and/or IT infrastructure to support planning, procurement, and development based initiatives
? Prior experience consulting with different business units, applying proven methodologies to uncover areas for improvement and successfully driving positive change
? Proven track record of excellence in the area of customer service
? Demonstrated ability to successfully communicate with all levels of an organization
? Understand technical information and effectively communicate it to non-technical business personnel
? Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to keep things moving and on track.
