Job Description :
IDEALFORCE has a Contract position available immediately for a Business Analyst to join our customer in Melville, NY. This is an ONSITE position. Please find below additional details about this job. Job Responsibilities:
· Understand the current systems to be able to support enhancement and break-fix requests.
· Analyze current business practices, processes and procedures to understand the business needs.
· Translate business needs into requirements - documenting any process and data flows.
· Create functional specifications and/or user stories for development team.
· Create wireframes. Document any integration requirements from other systems.
· Document any workflow requirements.
· Conduct QA and coordinate UAT and performance testing.
· Provide training to business on the solution(s
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in performing business analysis and gathering requirements.
· Written and verbal communication skills.
· Writing and executing test plan and test cases.
· MS Visio, MS Office Suite
· Nice to have Skills MS Project ,ALM, JIRA , SQL , Retail industry experience
