IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a Business Analyst 5/BA5 to join our customer in Columbus, OH. This is an ONSITE position. Please find below additional details about this job. Hiring Manager would like to have all qualified candidates interview face to face.
Role Description:
-Participates across multiple projects, appropriately balancing priorities and deliverables
-Facilitates interactions with agency business/ functional stakeholders to understand business / functional needs
-Performs analyses and identifies possible system functionality enhancements
-Documents business / functional requirements and/or user stories and develops/ proposes solutions
-Manages stakeholders’ expectations and priorities; negotiates design aspects that meet or exceed needs
-Supports adherence to project timeline, cost, scope, and quality
-Documents work flows / processes using accepted workflow tools (e.g. Visio)
-Translates requirements, produces feasibility reports, and supports solution design
-Fosters collaboration with stakeholders throughout project life cycle
-Serves as subject matter expert for the project team and for QA
-Facilitates communication of issues / expectations between internal and external teams
-Supports Test Lead; develops test scenarios and test cases; assists with data validation
-Negotiates possible solutions to problems and recommends needed system changes
-Creates/ monitors specifications and requirements for internal/external project team members
Skills:
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
-Ability to develop requirement documents and user stories
-Advanced data analysis skill
-Advanced level of investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Have ability to quickly adapt to new methods, work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions
-Have advanced ability to set goals and handle multiple tasks, clients, and projects simultaneously
-Advanced ability to translate business needs and problems into viable/accepted solutions
-Have the ability to appropriately balance priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
-Have the ability to work well within a team environment and participate in department/team projects
-Have the ability to balance detail with organizational goals/objectives
-have the ability to manage multiple projects or teams and set applicable goals
-Have the ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines
Qualification:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
-5+ years IT-related experience
-Experience in Digital Transformation specifically in Identity and Web Applications and Portals a plus
-Knowledge of ITIL services framework is a plus
