Designation : Business Analysis with Commercial Insurance.
Location : Chicago(Downtown), IL
Job Description:
Examine various applications, requirement documents and generate both system and business process maps.
Develop and conduct group process within office or business unit in order to surface and document operating procedures Document process maps.
Essential Skills:
Minimum 8 years of related IT experience –with the strong experience in Insurance Domain, Specialty Insurance experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of process mapping and business process reengineering
Firm understanding of application development and business operation knowledge
Involve in documenting procedures and presenting new process designs to stakeholders for discussion.
Work with Business Analyst and generate the TO BE process for the target systems
Participate in Test and Tell sessions and identify / Document the manual workarounds for missing requirements.
Create SOP for the operations.
Work with business teams and the IT Department to find the best way to design new processes, solve process-related problems, mapping existing processes and designing improved ones
excellent documentation, technical, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills
Facilitate process workshops, after which document any information elicited using process maps
Good communication and Interpersonal skills
Knowledge of business process modelling notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL) to documenting processes
