Job Description :
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE
1. At least 3 years experience with requirements gathering, documentation and management, specifically creating business and functional requirements and specifications and requirements traceability matrices.

2.At least 1 year Experience in information technology methodologies including working with developers, operational staff, service desk staff, and business users.

3. At least 3 years Experience and proficiency in facilitating meetings and interviews with end users at all levels of an organization

4. At least 1 year Experience communicating in a professional manner with Executive Management

5. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with stakeholders

6. The ability to develop and forge strong relationships and build consensus among competing stakeholders

7. Experience with working on projects utilizing Waterfall and/or Agile Project Management methodologies during large scale enterprise projects.

8. Consultant must have conducted at least 3 multiyear projects, or 5 or more projects less than 12 months in length

9. At least 1 year of experience with creation of formal test cases and scripts

10. Basic understanding of ITIL v3 best practices

DESIRED SKILLS -
1 IIBA or PMI-PBA certification

2. Experience with Microsoft Visio or Navvia creating business process flows and cross-functional flowcharts

3. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio effectively and efficiently

4. Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Captivate, SnagIT, WebEx, Biscom SFT

5. Experience creating training content including documentation and videos

6. Faciliating user acceptance testing

7. Experience writing and communicating user stories to subject matter experts and developers.

8. Experience utilzing ServiceNow Geneva Release or later

9. Experience performing business analysis for ServiceNow related project efforts
