Job Description :
The Build Engineer will be responsible for configuration and scripting to implement fully automated build and deployment capabilities.
Automated builds should run as scheduled or event-driven unattended processes and achieve full installation of the application executable, including the execution of automated smoke tests.
The use of artifact repositories and abstracted environmental parameters will be applied to achieve a “compile once, assemble/deploy many” approach.
The Build Engineer will be well-versed in Agile Development and DevOps methodologies, including Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, and Continuous Delivery.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Git, Jenkins, and AccuRev.
They will also have experience with Artifactory artifact repository and Maven/Ant scripting. Experience with JBoss, WebLogic, Gradle, and Docker is a plus.
Build Specialists must possess strong scripting skills and will be working in both Linux and Windows environments.
