*Role: Blue Prism RPA /Technical Lead*

*Duration: 10+ Months*

*Location: Cincinnati, OH | Amelia, OH*

*Job Description:*

Analyze and design Blue Prism RPA approaches and develop
Architectures and technology solutions.
Research, evaluate, analyze and recommend enterprise Architecture
standards. Typical areas include enterprise resource planning, customer
relationship management, RPA process document management, and RPA
configuration tools and methodology.
Manages the interrelationships among various projects, work
objectives, and Customer enterprise application change orders to may affect
RPA processes under configuration and/or those deployed to the production
environment.

*Essential Skills:*

Ability to justify project or staffing expenditures by
identifying, cost, benefits and associated risks.
Knowledge of internet/intranet-based opportunities and challenges.
Ability to work with others in a constructive and collaborative
manner.
Ability to think critically to recognize and anticipate a problem
(technical, operational) and to identify and implement the best solution in
a timely manner.
Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
Must have applied working knowledge of Blue Prism
Knowledge of emerging technologies
Ability to develop an in-depth knowledge of Clients information
Architecture and information management methodology.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Experience in Agile projects
Insurance industry experience
