Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
Technical Liaison across the platform, development and support team to provide architectural oversight
Provide recommendations on different technology/application integrations
Help define automation micro-services framework and ensure the teams across projects are following and contributing to that framework
Define templates and set best standards and practices for development as part of AICOE (Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence)
Conduct Code Reviews and provide architectural feedback to citizen developers/Non AICOE developers
Define solution and platform requirements for automation needs across projects
Coordinate with Platform Vendor (Blue Prism) for issues and support requests

The Analytics & Cognitive team leverages the power of data, analytics, robotics, science and cognitive technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Together with the Strategy practice, our Strategy & Analytics portfolio helps clients transform their business by architecting organizational intelligence programs and differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets.
Analytics & Cognitive will work with our clients to:
Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms
Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor''s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to translate technical software solutions to non-technical clients
10+ years of IT experience in software development in developing robust web applications and client/server applications
Ability to consult and direct on clients’ software/network infrastructure including: servers, databases, applications, security, firewalls, and all other components when providing direction on software solutions
Expertise in design and development of user interfaces using .Net, Java, or Python software solutions
Ability to lead and mentor teams to provide technical deliverables in accordance with SDLC methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile
Plan, track, manage and lead small teams on short term sprints, and long term software deployments
10+ years of experience with MS SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, or any equivalent database background
10+ years of experience software development solutions and frameworks including: Python, CNET, ASP.NET, Java, J2EE, Springs, Struts, WCF, WPF, RESTful Web Services, TFS, and MVC
Must have strong Blue Prism Lead Automation experience
Preferred
Previous experience managing and leading teams in software development using tools such as: Automation Anywhere (AA) , Blue Prism (BP), UiPath, Workfusion, or Pega
Ability to lead teams to provide high performance code reviews and troubleshoot all software development issues
Ability to multi-task and lead development teams to ensure timely software development deliverables
