Job Description :
This position will be part of a highly visible effort to help build java middleware connecting a rules engine to IBM tools. Handling all data transactions and date transfers for regulatory applications.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
3+ year of experience with FICO Blaze Advisor.
5+ year experience designing and coding in a Java/J2EE environment including web services and XML/XPATH and XSL.
Recent direct experience in translating business requirements into rules, Blaze Rule Templates, business object models, managing Business Rules catalogs.
Experience developing user interfaces that allow business users to manage rules directly.
Experience with Oracle or SQL Server and SOA.
Experience serving as production support.
Experience with additional rules engines (e.g., Drools) as well as TIBCO or other ESBs is a plus.
Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines.
Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes.
Keen understanding of financial control and budget management.
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.
5 - 8 years experience working as an Application Developer.
Knowledge and experience working in an Agile environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field or the foreign equivalent.
