Job Description :
Client is in need of a Database Developer to update its existing CTR system.
The CTR system was developed in 2010, using Microsoft BizTalk Server 2010/ .
Project Deliverables: Projected tasks include:
Revising, updating, and repairing CTR error reports.
Analyzing the CTR code to document existing functionality and streamline ongoing system maintenance.
Documenting CTR coding and design changes, that have been made to date, including those for ICD-10, in the county’s MS Team Foundation Server environment.
Updating ICD-10 or other mandated code or functionality changes.
Assisting with process mapping of a long-term support strategy.
Working on special projects as assigned, including break fixes and system integration documentation.
Providing CTR maintenance as needed.
Other: Providing status updates of progress to plan and participating in project meetings.
Responsibilities Expected of the Selected Vendor:
The developer will follow industry expectations in the use of MS Team Foundation Server; entering all source code, work items, and all other software artifacts and documentation produced by the developer into client’s MS Team Foundation Server environment routinely, as changes are made, throughout the term of the project.
Required skills:
Experience implementing International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD-10) code. (2 years)
Experience and knowledge of the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA) EDI standards. (2 years)
Combined experience developing line-of- business applications using Microsoft VB.NET and SQL Server 2008 R2 data stores. (3 years)
Combined experience writing technical documentation in MS Team Foundation Server and writing user maintenance documentation. (3 years)
Experience working with Human Services healthcare claiming systems. (3 Years)
Experience developing line-of business applications utilizing Microsoft BizTalk Server 2010 middleware. (5 Years)
