Bilingual English/Korean Assistant Business Strategy Assistant

*3 months+ contract*

This role require Bilingual English/Korean.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

- Drive a rigorous and structured approach to identifying and solve
technology business problems that
- lead to strategic insights
- Lead value analysis to generate technology insights and identify value
creation opportunities
- Deliver effective presentations and recommendations to multiple levels
of stakeholders, effectively
- conveying technology and market opportunities to drive changes to our
products and research
- roadmap.
- Communicate with internal and external partners on various R&D and
operation issues
- Create communication materials and presentations on various
un-organized ideas
- Overseeing R&D and risk management activities
- Drive the annual business planning process in collaboration with HR,
Finance and Research teams
- and manage/update complementary project operation plan
- Participate in mid-long term growth strategy process, integrating
technology development
- roadmaps across the project portfolio
- Provide operational dashboards with project progress, resource
allocation and communication

- Facilitate regular project reviews to assess business alignment and

Job Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in technology or engineering or Business (Masters
preferred, MBA Plus)
- Bilingual English / Korean required
- 2+ years experience in ombination of business development,
innovation, strategy and/or product
- management roles
- Deep understanding on knowledge of market trends, innovation and
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to
convert technical concepts into
- customer value stories and create and deliver Executive-level
- Superior strategic and critical thinking and ability to create
compelling presentation materials
- Superior presentation skill including MS office skill
- High tolerance dealing with ambiguous and complex topics
