*About the role*
- 10+ years of experience in Database Technologies
- 5+ Years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and Niche
Technologies like JS Frameworks and Python
- Hands-on experience in * Spark, Scala,Kafka, * *cassandra*,Yarn,
Oozie,Pig, Python, MR, Hadoop, Hive, Flume.
- Extensive experience of Java based full stack Big Data implementation
on HDP platform
- Must be a subject matter expert on BigData and working experience
with * huge
volumes of data
- Good experience in at least one Hadoop distributor like * Hortonworks *and
Unix/Linux scripts and/or Python
- Nifty with design, development and enhancement of Data Lakes,
constantly evolve with emerging technologies
- Extremely agile with good experience in * Cassandra *and knowledge on
other No SQL Databases like Mongo DB, HBase etc.
- Hadoop Administration, Installation and configuration is preferred.
- Hands experience in Columnar & Document Storage DBs in depth and scale.
- Expertise in architecting, designing and developing big data frameworks
for analytics and data management including running agile POCs.
- Hands-on & Agile : infrastructure, h/w fundamentals for
installations/resolving OS/product conflicts, load testing script designs
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience designing and deploying Data Warehousing solutions
- Nifty with design, development and enhancement of Data Lakes,
constantly evolve with emerging technologies.
- Extremely agile with good knowledge of relational DWs like Teradata
and also No SQL Databases.
- Design, develop, and configure software systems to meet market and/or
client requirements either end-to-end SDLC cycle with the optimal use of BI
tools and utilities
- Experience on Data standards and Security with respect to BI Tools and
utilities.
- Previous experience working in a technical pre-sales position.
- An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff
in a way that is easy to understand.
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills
