HCM Cloud backfill –
In the middle of the project, going live with about 8,000 employees on June 18th
Solid technical position – write reports in the cloud
Develop extracts (benefits, payroll, etc – interacting with each group
Production support of previous go-live of 2,000 employees already in cloud
More time spent in design and development; functional part is shared with PMs
Oracle HCM experience only; specific tools (HDL/PBL, etc
Likes to see end-to-end implementation experience;

Principal responsibilities: This position supports and assists the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM (Human Capital Management) and Oracle E-Business Suite applications for Emerson Business Units in a global, multi-Business Group environment.

This position provides assistance to the Project Managers and Technical Services Manager, Global HRIS for implementations and other enhancements. In addition, this position will help the Operations team in resolving production issues, as needed.
This position documents the processes and transfers the knowledge and trains HRIS team members on the deliverables.

Provide Technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud application based on customer requirements and Emerson Standards for Human Resources, Self Service, Approval Management, Benefits, Absence Management and Payroll modules.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect requirements for designing and developing Oracle HCM Cloud RICE objects
Assist in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support in the following areas:
o Transform legacy data into Oracle Cloud acceptable format and upload to HCM cloud
o Develop code/scripts (HDL/PBL) to add/modify data in HCM Cloud
o Developing and maintaining Reports and coordinate reporting requirements across multiple business units
o Developing and Maintaining HCM Extracts and testing the changes before it is migrated to production
o Provide support to the Emerson Business Units for HR, Self Service, Benefits and Approval Management related issues
Assist in Oracle E-Business Suite Applications (HRMS) implementations and support in the following areas:
o Oracle Payroll production issues
o Fast Formulas
o Interfaces and Reports

Education or language requirements:
BS in Computer Science, Information Technology.
Fluent in English.
Experience and skills sought: Required in HCM Cloud
4-6 years of working experience in Oracle Cloud HCM application (Human Resources, Self Service, Absence Management and Benefits), with at least two end to end HCM Cloud implementations experience.
Must have designed and developed Advanced HCM Extracts from scratch
Expertise in developing Fast Formulas for Extracts and other use cases
Must have designed and developed complex OTBI and BI Publisher reports
Expertise in HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader, Payroll Batch Loader
Proficient in Oracle Cloud HCM application architecture.
Strong technical understanding in design and development aspects of the integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM application and third parties
Good business knowledge in HR and Payroll processes

Required in Oracle E-Business Suite (HRMS)
2 to 3 years working experience in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules (HR, Payroll and OAB)
Expertise in Oracle SQL and Pl/SQL
