Requirement:: Backend Java Engineer
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of professional experience as a developer
Proficiency in a modern software server-side language Java
Knowledge of Java frameworks and libraries
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to apply functional programming patterns and principles
Knowledge of relational and NoSQL and SQL databases
Experience developing and consuming SOAP and REST APIs
Knowledge of full SDLC and Agile development methodologies, application development life cycle, testing, performance tuning, security, and debugging
Strong teamwork and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand new technology concepts quickly and apply them through an evolving, dynamic environment
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services such as Amazon S3, SQS, EC2, and Azure services
Preferred:
Experience with cloud services
Experience with AWS: Lambda, ELB, CI, CD, Redis
Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and libraries
Knowledge of security best practices
Proficient in asynchronous and scalable service-oriented architectures
Experience with version control systems such as Git
