History of Project: This project objective is to enhance Governance Risk and
Compliance (GRC) platforms including the processes and controls related to
several key functions including the following: Regulatory Inventory, Policy
Management, Compliance Risk Assessment, Testing and Monitoring, Incident and
Regulatory Examination Management. This will include reporting and
enhancements.
Client is looking for a GRC software developer to support end users on SG$B!G(Bs
GRC Compliance software (BWise) tool. The candidate will play a key role in
developing and enhancing the application and will support end users (SG
Compliance Team
GRC software experience (Preferably BWise or any other related GRC software
? Banking or other Financial Industry experience.
? Must have Java experience.
? Proficient with database, must have SQL knowledge and be familiar with SQL Server.
? Knowledge of Autosys a plus.
? Reporting Experience with Business intelligence technologies such as Business Objects.
? Experience with release management (technical scheduling of software builds through different stages and environments) .
? Experience with change management (testing and deploying software releases) including migrations from one environment to another.
? Must have experience supporting end users on a web based GRC application.
? Experience with user management is a plus (adding new users to an application and assigning authorizations to the user
? Ability to provide user production support when needed.
? Ability to prioritize/multi task multiple production incidents/questions and respond/resolve within a timely manner based on priority/importance
? Ability to troubleshoot problems such as server issues, database errors
? Track and report enhancement requests from end users
? Experience working with a vendor – nice to have.
? Strong communication skills.
