Job Description :
Duration: 6 Months+ possible extension

Mode of Interview: Phone followed by Skype/In person


Elicit requirements for system enhancements, process mapping, current state, gap analysis, lead UAT efforts, PIV

2. Ability to translate business processes into requirements
3. Adaptability to a fast paced environment with high demands

What does a typical day look like? Any overtime hours?
Overtime is not expected but may be needed as the project requires. Build relationships with developers and subject matter experts by regularly communicating to establish the technical vision, analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs and gather information to meet requests within area of responsibility and achieve departmental service level agreements

Job Qualifications:
Required Technical Skills (software, hardware, programming, discipline)
1. P&C is a plus
2. Technically savvy
3. Agile experience/scrum master
Must have experience working with multiple stakeholders, creating end-to-end process flows.
Experience with either MS Visio or Blue Works is required.

Preferred Skills (may include addt’l tech skills or soft skills)
1. Insurance P&C background a plus
