Three to Five or more years of business analysis experience.

Gathering, Analysing and Validating Requirements. Experience working with MS Project, MS Office, MS Visio and MS Share Point.

Experience working with Agile and SCRUM.

Experience gathering the requirements, process mapping, writing use cases, Data Modeling, Solution Modeling and User Training.

Capable of applying the listed knowledge, skill, competency, or performing the activity independent of supervision.

Able to instruct and mentor others in the exercise or performance of the business analysis responsibilities.

Mastery of industry standards and best practices for the business analysis responsibilities with the ability to contribute improvements to the practice.

Experience with quality assurance and project management tools.

Experience working with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, Rational Unified Process, ITIL, PERT and CPM.

Experience working with requirement gathering, use case creation, requirements analysis, story boarding, flow charts, documentation and solutioning.

Experience working with public sector projects and Pennsylvania Commonwealth Government Agencies is a plus.

Certifications such as CBAP, PMI and Agile Scrum Master are a plus.
