Job Description – Lead BSA

Duties and responsibilities
Collaborate with internal business customers to identify the business goal
o This includes standard SDLC documentation as well as business centric
documentation to facilitate shared acceptance of business goal solutions
Collaborate with development team to design a technical solution to meet the business
goal
o This includes assisting in design of technical solution as well as facilitating
acceptance of design by interested parties

Ensure delivery of technical solution through planning, issue resolution, development
support, and customer adoption
Qualifications

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Finance, or IT) or equivalent
education/experience
5+ years of industry experience in business systems analysis
Agile experience
Working conditions
