BPM JDA

Technology - IBM BPM v8.x, Java/J2EE, SOAP, RDBMS, XML, Webservices

- experience in implementing IBM BPM as part of a service-oriented architecture for managing dynamic business process.

- Must be proficient with the complete BPM implementation cycle, including business process modeling, tool installation, development, testing, and deployment.

- Needs a solid background with integration, including integrating with back end systems/DB's

· Over 10-14 years overall IT experience

· Over 8+ years in IBM BPM/Lombardi

· Over 3+ years of experience in J2EE

· Experience in software development methodology

· Experience in software estimation techniques.

· Self-motivated who has experience to perform all cycles of the development (analysis, design, coding and unit testing) projects.

· Own and deliver projects leveraging onsite and offshore project team

· Understand Business functionality and create induction docs

· Architect and design the entire IBM BPM platform including designing coaches, interface between IBM BPM and legacy system using SOAP and REST services

· Design technical solution with Workflow and Rule Engine based BPM tools

· Design, develop and implement complex web-based applications in J2EE

· Experienced with SOA design and implementation

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and analytical problem solving skills are needed

· Experience/understanding of Web Portal, RUP/Agile methodology are helpful

· Experience implementing enterprise security models, using third party SSO layer

· What You'll Do As technical architect specializing in IBM BPM, you will be responsible for producing technical specifications, design and develop on IBM BPM Advanced environments for leading clients globally. This role will be involved in advising and building technical architecture solutions including integrations across technical platforms.
