Experienced in implementation, and management of business intelligence systems;
Manage report development lifecycle including Requirements, Design, Development, and Testing.
Experience designing and deploying production quality SQL Server databases and code;
Excellent SQL and T-SQL development skills in developing stored procedures, tables, views, and functions.
Ability to direct unit testing during development cycles and to define test cases;
Prepare ad hoc queries reports for both technical and business teams.
Participate in Business Intelligence code and design reviews, reviewing others' code and having own code reviewed and mentor other team members in meeting the timely deliverables.
Work closely with business stakeholders to define business definition and logic for the requirements. Lead the efforts to understand and work with the team to deliver the quality working report/Dashboard.
Manage report development lifecycle including Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, and Support using Agile methodologies
Ability to work effectively with onsite and offshore teams.
EDI management – Good to have.
Knowledge on Health care and Health Insurance is nice to have.
SQL Server DBA knowledge – Nice to have
Understanding if Master Data Management (MDM) (SQL Server MDS)
