Job Description :
The BI Specialist is responsible for the design, development, management, and support of BI reporting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with team members to gather, document, and finalize requirements for reporting and enhancements. Additional roles include providing assistance with Dynamics CRM and Business Central.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of business intelligence and reporting
Manage data across all systems to provide accurate and relevant information to teams
Assist with requirement gathering, development, and testing of system enhancements
Assist with Office 365, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM and Business Central
Provide end user support and training
Other duties as required
Required Experience:
2+ years’ experience with Power BI or SSRS
2+ years’ experience with SQL
Desired Experience:
2+ years’ experience of Dynamics CRM or Business Central
Experience with SharePoint and Office 365 platform
Education / Training Required
Associates degree or greater in Computer Information Systems or related experience
Successful Candidate Will Possess:
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Strong written and oral communication skills
