Job Description :
We are looking for BI Report Tester in Bismarck, ND for 8+ months contract position.

Position: BI Report Tester
Location: 4201 Normandy Street - Bismarck, ND
Duration: 8+ months contract with possible extension
Client: Direct Client

Skills and experience requirements:
Experience in using IBM Cognos reporting tool sets and related testing software, such as Motio
Enterprise-level database experience such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server and/or IBM DB2
Good time management skills with an understanding of project management concepts
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Able to communicate technical information to non-technical and technical users
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and written and verbal English language proficiency

In addition, preference may be given to individuals with the following skills/experience:
Experience in report writing using Report Studio, Workspace and Workspace Advanced
End-to-end report design expertise from requirements gathering through published reports
Experience designing a variety of products such as dashboards, scorecards, drill-through reports, data cubes, ad hoc queries, interactive visualizations, and models for predictive analytics
Knowledge in dimensional data modeling concepts
Knowledge of and experience with public reporting requirements especially state government reports for federal requirements
Experience related to Human Services business areas: Medicaid Eligibility; Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF); Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP); Low Income Heating and Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP); Child Care Assistance
