Job Title: BI Project Manager
Location: Plano, TX
Full Time
8-10 years extensive experience in BI projects involving ETL, Warehousing, Big Data, Hadoop and reporting technologies like Tableau, SAS etc. and other data oriented tools like SQL , PL/SQL, Batch processing etc.
Should have a decent knowledge in either of the following PM Tools: JIRA, Rally, Clarity, Planview, Share point, MS Project & Server, Rational Team Concert.
Conversant with technologies like ETL, OBIEE, Data Warehouse, Hadoop, IBM Watson.
Responsible for Project management, Stakeholder Management, E2E Delivery Management, Resource Management, Finance Management on day-to-day basis
Prepare Business case, Project charter, and effort and cost estimation, project plan, scheduling & tracking.
Developed Risk Management Plan, Risk prioritization, mitigation and communication management.
Enforced adherence to quality norms, and provided metrics reporting, project status reports and executive dashboard.
As the client Interface, developed client reporting, planning in line with client milestone roadmap.
Coordinated with various groups in the organization i.e., Product Analytics, Accounting, Product vendor, Other vendor’s team, Enterprise architect, data steward, SME, system engineering group for the project needs.
Collaborated with business teams, cross functional technology teams
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
