Client will require for candidate to be LOCAL & be able to do Face to Face interview which is a MUST.
Candidates will need to live locally and be able to work onsite in Framingham - MA or Seattle - WA.


We are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to build complex reports and dashboards using MicroStrategy.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with business leaders and other teams to further define requirements and reporting specifications. The Specialist will provide full technical execution on the MicroStrategy suite to meet market and/or client requirements for dynamic dashboard, flash widget design, report development, application development and project design including facts, attributes, hierarchies, and aggregation.

Responsibilities:

Perform end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance (including testing), to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system or for a specific phase of this lifecycle.
Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.
He/she will also act as liaison to support other team members and users who will support the dashboards and reports on behalf of their departmental leadership.

Requirements:

Experience with MicroStrategy Security Administration with exposure to administering a large number of users and groups with security filters.
In-depth experience with BI applications and architectures.
Five or more years of experience in the area of business intelligence/data warehousing required with at least three years building Dynamic Dashboards in MicroStrategy.
Experience as a MicroStrategy Developer with architecture experience including: schema design creating attributes, facts, hierarchies, and transformations.
Strong knowledge of SQL with the capability to troubleshoot performance issues with olap cube loads and database retrieval.
Desired experience with MicroStrategy SDK, Java and JavaScript, and APIs.
Understands and enjoys extracting useful information from data.
Ability to analyze data and translate into actionable insights on which can be easily understood and utilized by the entire organization.
