Responsibilities:
Designing and Developing the Utility Bookings Qlikview Report.

Likely 5 hours in meetings, 35 hours development each week

Project Description:
Globally standardize, simplify, and automate utility bookings calculations across platforms and products enabling sellers to easily reconcile performance with bookings.
This includes moving to invoices (BRM) as the source of truth for bookings calculations, developing a bookings dashboard for the business and sellers, and automating the manual work involved in bookings calculations.
The output of this project will be used as the standard for onboarding all future utility model products (ie, BMaaS, VM''s, and others

Development Required for this project includes:
Phase 1 Creating a global data set across all products that utilizes invoices as the source of truth
Phase 1 Developing a dashboard from the above data set for sellers to reconcile their performance with bookings
Phase 2 Automating the offset creation process administered manually on a monthly basis to ensure no quote bearing role shows a negative booking due to variances in customer usage month over month.

What does the team environment look like?
The BI Developer will work closely with the Business Systems Analyst that is collecting requirements for this project and can assist with technical questions, as well as customers for this project in Sales BI and Finance to ensure reporting meets customer expectations.

What is driving the need for this resource?
Need assistance creating a bookings dashboard that will reconcile bookings with commission statements.
