Job Description :
A hands-on Senior BI developer who is excited to tackle the challenges that comes with large volumes of data and complex business rules. A key objective of this role is to provide engineering, design and developmental insight for the team in building an enterprise level data analytics platform using the industry standard concepts against our Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Big Data environment.
Skills
Have working knowledge of industry standard Data Infrastructure (e.g. Warehouse, BI, Analytics, Big-Data, etc tools with the goal of providing end users with analytics at the speed of thought
Work on developing, architecting, standardizing and supporting technology platforms using Industry leading BI / Reporting solutions.
Interact directly with users to architect and design our solutions
Have strong problem-solving skills and trouble-shooting skills
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in BI Tools with expertise in implementing QlikSense in an Enterprise environment.
Strong Data Reporting and Visualization experience with the ability to tell a story and drive analytics solutions.
Knowledge of database design techniques and advanced SQL skills. Experience working with extremely large data volumes is a plus.
Demonstrated experience and ability to work with business users to gather requirements and manage scope
Team player with strong oral and interpersonal skills
Good to Have:
Experience in the creation of Extension objects using Qlik Capability APIs and QLIK Engine API
Prior web development experience using languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Node.js
