Title: BI Developer
Location: Atlanta, GA 30354
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
At least 2 years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, and dashboard development
Proven ability to independently develop, test, and validate developed solutions
Strong hands-on programming experience with SQL and SAS using Teradata and other relational databases is required
Strong Tableau dashboard development skills and experience is required
Demonstrated experience using statistical and analytical methods is required
Tableau site administration experience is preferred
Unix / Linux shell scripts development skills are preferred
Good time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to own and complete assignments working around/through impediments
Strong business acumen, ability to work independently and simultaneously handle multiple projects in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Commitment to high-quality results with capability to QA own work
Knowledge of travel industry and/or loyalty programs is a plus

Consumer Insight Business Intelligence Application Developer Summary:
The Business Intelligence Application Developer will take a deep dive into Client customer satisfaction and transactions data to organize and visualize information on customer-related KPIs via Tableau dashboards.
The role will use data governance tools and processes to engineer and stage necessary datasets for dashboard development.
The BI Application Developer will effectively interact with the internal clients to understand their needs, processes, and goals to deliver customizable data visualization solutions for tracking, analysis and monitoring of the health of a business, department, or specific process.
The role will provide on-going maintenance of exiting dashboards and develop automation of dashboard refresh process where possible.
Role will apply analytical and statistical concepts as needed.
