The Operational Intelligence Data and Reporting Analysts primary objective is to turn data into meaningful business insights.
The Operational Intelligence Team provides near-real-time, self-service tools for business users to make informed operational business decisions.
The Data and Reporting Analyst is a key player in turning raw data into intelligence.
Primarily working with data sources in Splunk, this role also requires working with data in data warehouses and source systems to create rich user experiences that enable business units to respond to business needs in near-real-time.
This role is part customer relations, part data analyst, part data architect and report engineer.
Work closely with customers, Splunk engineers, data warehouse group, and project managers to assist internal customers to operationalize their own operational data.
The operational intelligence team succeeds when our internal customers are making informed, data-driven decisions that improve the quality of the customer experience.
