Role : BI Consultant
Location : Indianapolis, IN
Duration : 6 months

Job Description

This position will provide thought leadership around big data technologies. Specifically, they will help with the implementation of Couchbase. This would include the configuration of Couchbase and the writing and tuning of queries. Next step would be to create Power BI dashboards using the Couchbase data as a source. ETL will be using Talend.

Required Skills/Experience
Required - Candidates must have good communication skills. They must be self starters and have the ability analyze the scope of work or issues from discussions or general write ups of the task at hand.
Required - 3+ years experience with Couchbase performance tuning and writing queries. Experience with Analytics module a plus. Must have worked on Couchbase within the last year
Required - 2+ years experience with Microsoft Power BI
Required - demonstrated experience designing dashboards and visualiztions for multiple delivery modes (i.e. desktop and mobile)
Strongly desired - 3+ years experience with Talend. Must have worked on Talend within the last year.
Strongly desired - Knowledgeable about Big Data technologies and pros and cons of each ( i.e. NoSQL, Hadoop/Cloudera, Apache Spark, Solr, etc
Nice to have - 3+ years experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS and SSAS
