A financial company in southern PA is presently looking for an architect to add to their growing team.
This is a long term opportunity for an ambitious candidate with about 6 years of work experience.
You will be responsible for using Power BI and Microsoft reporting tools, including analysis services, reporting services, SQL. Database and data modelling. Other reporting and visualization tools are helpful as well.
Job Description:
Will work with data source connections and semantic layer models.
Technical liaison for Microsoft suite of BI tools for production support, and will work closely with production support staff and business users on BI issues.
Will also be involved in projects with BI components, responsible for delivery of BI components.
Being an advocate of BI tool use throughout the company, by creating and delivering informational content, training and guidance in the use and best practice of the suite of tools deployed.
Will work throughout the company to ensure the production setting is suitable and efficient for the entire company. This includes troubleshooting daily activity, and exploring best methods to meet Business Intelligence needs.
Will also work with system staff and business to help implement BI usage.
Required Skills:
You will also have the opportunity to work on Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence components. Also must have experience with MS Power BI tools & Excel Macros.
