Position: BI Architect
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: Long Term

Minimum Work Experience: 10+ Years

Detailed Job Description:
Very strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and modern data integration techniques.
Deep understanding of Cloud solutions(AWS,Azure,Google) offerings on BI,MPP architecture,Columnar and Big Data concepts.
Previous working experience in a digital data environment, providing BI solutions.
10+ years’ experience in information technology, with at least 5 years of experience leading and delivering complex BI initiatives on the enterprise level
Ability to design complex systems and translate user requirements into business solutions
Experience in interviewing business users, collecting and interpreting requirements, explaining the solution details to business audience and run business workshops
Understanding of some of the emerging analytical BI tools (Tableau, Spotfire, QlikView)
Strong understanding of data acquisition, cleansing and integrations processes (ETL, ELT); hands-on experience with one of the major data integration tools (Informatica,Datastaege, Talend, Pentaho)
Snowflake Cloud database knowledge is good to have
