BDQ Engineer:
Must have significant prior developer experience with IDQ/BDQ (BDQ is just the big data edition of IDQ)
Must have some 10.x experience (vs. 9.x)
Preferably has some BDQ experience
Powercenter DE skills without IDQ/BDQ experience not portable to this role
