Description
Responsibility:
Configure and administer the Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g/12c and associated sub components, including WebLogic Server, Apache, Oracle Web Tier, Forms/Reports, PL/SQL Web Toolkit, APEX, Oracle Enterprise Manager.
Deploy and maintain web applications using Oracle Forms/Reports Service, PL/SQL Web Toolkit, APEX, AJAX, HTML5 and J2EE framework components including JDBC, JMS, and JNDI.
Write Linux/UNIX Shell Scripts.
Maintain the technical operation of Oracle middleware infrastructure in multiple system environments.
Provide Tier III administrative and support; investigate and troubleshoot issues;
Assist with application deployment and month end processing.
Create and maintain technical documents such as knowledge base articles, and FAQs
Perform routine housekeeping and health check monitoring within both RedHat / Windows Servers and Application environments: not limited to monitoring of application services, reporting server, batch processes, backup jobs; archiving of logs, etc.
Respond to security requirements and changes and ensure that they are applied to the systems within area of control
Qualifications
A degree in computer science, Information Systems Management, or Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is acceptable.
At least 3-4 years of working experience of Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g or 12c in a RedHat Linux environment and in supporting a multi-tiered web environment.
1-2 years in Windows 2012, IIS and .NET based middleware environment.
