Job Description :
SAP EDI Business Analyst
Responsible for supporting day to day production issues with Application to Application Integration and Business to Business Integration for multiple SAP and EDI systems. They will also investigate the production issues and resolve the issue. This role will support complex customer integrations and gain valuable experience with multiple modules of SAP. This person will also assist with various projects, work with business partners to define requirements, testing, and deployment for EDI projects.
Responsibilities
Working with customers to gather requirements, understand issues, answer questions
Work with various departments within the organization including sales, procurement, logistics, and finance to coordinate project requirements and priorities
Write functional specifications and documentation (NOT technical specs)
Perform and coordinate testing
Qualifications
e-commerce experience
Strong analytical thinking skills and demonstrated problem-solving abilities
Good understanding of EDI and Integration concepts of collecting, transforming, exchanging & consuming data
Good understanding of common wholesale distribution business processes – OTC, PTP, Finance
Great customer service skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
