Required Skills
Expert level of experience, (minimum of 8 years), as an Information Technology Business Analyst, in Enterprise-scale, software application, or implementation, or integration projects
Expert level knowledge, (minimum of 8 years), and demonstrated experience in the creation and maintenance of International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) framework deliverables
Expert level of knowledge of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) standards and guidelines
Expert level of experience, (minimum of 8 years), that includes process mapping, workflow modeling, conceptual and logical data modeling, business rules modeling, use case modeling, scope management, and requirements management
Technical background/experience (minimum 5 years), that includes application development, or data base administration, or data modeling, in activities such as the design, coding, testing, and implementation of a wide variety of information technology systems
Expert level of experience in Microsoft Office 2016, Visio 2016, and Project 2016 software
Experience in the creation of requirements for Request For Information (RFI), Request For Proposal (RFP), and Request For Quotation (RFQ) solicitations
