Business Analyst (Salesforce)
Location: Menlo Park, CA
Duration : 6+ Months Contract


Minimum Qualifications
Need a solid BA with experience with CRM documentation.
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
Improve systems by studying current practices
Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures
Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget
Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
Strong technical knowledge base with a demonstrated ability to understand complex distributed systems comprised of various technologies and platforms
Ability to expertly represent information in both visual and verbal forms - including an innate understanding of when to use each and how to integrate them
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Keen attention to detail
Demonstrated interest in information technologies and/or information security
An ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into clear, easy-to-understand content
An ability to proactively communicate the status of information resources to a range of content stakeholders
Comfortable working in a growing organization with changing priorities and processes

Preferred Qualifications
Excitement about rethinking what technical documentation can be and experimenting with structure beyond traditional textbook- and wiki-style word dumps.
Experience with Google Documents, Confluence, Salesforce, Workday, and other operational tools Ability to thrive in both team and self-managed environments
Experience with or interest in Agile documentation principles
Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
