Job Description :
More than 15 years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Agile team
Excellent written communication skills for technical and process documentations for projects and process teams
Liaising with the PO and help to articulate business requirements and prioritization
Defining the sprint goals and user stories
Experienced in backlog refinement and grooming
Experience in facilitating meetings/interviews with PO/business clients, SMEs, end users to conduct JAD, brainstorming, shadowing sessions to discuss requirements, pain points/ business challenges, process details, current system demos., etc.
Continuously coaching the scrum team to make them understand the product goal and vision
Establishing a proper communication plan especially to go over the dependencies with other product owners and lessons learnt
Responsible for defining the “Definition of Done” and helping the team to define “Acceptance Criteria”
Familiar with SDLC phases; which includes gathering/analyzing/creating, and managing requirements, modeling workflows/ business processes, and developing use case specifications.
Experience in the use of the tools: MS Office 365, JIRA, VSTS.
Familiarity with project artifacts such as Project Charter, BRD, FRD, Use Case Specification, Wireframes/ Mockups, Test plan, Project Management Plan, User Training Documents
Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
