-Extensive experience with Microsoft O365 logs and troubleshooting and use of Powershell skills

Troubleshoot complex issues, find root cause and resolution, and continuously identify and implement support efficiencies for Microsoft O365 and selected applications within Mastercard

Apply knowledge of enterprise ticketing and change management processes; provide administrative support for Microsoft O365

Define and document support procedures and runbook to be used by L1, L2, and L3 teams

Apply experience with Microsoft O365 Security & Compliance Center configuration around data retention, archiving, litigation hold and data loss prevention

Apply understanding of Microsoft Flow and Nintex Forms and Workflows, Web Content Management, Community, Collaborations and Enterprise Content Management

Support Office Groups as it relates to the Microsoft O365 ecosystem

Apply understanding of networking protocols and design concepts, browsers, DNS and SMTP, Microsoft SQL Servers, and ReactJS and/or AngularJS development as they relate to Microsoft O365
