Azure Infrastructure Engineer
Location – Renton, WA
Duration – 14 months

POSITION SUMMARY
This Azure Infrastructure Engineer will work in the Global Portal Project as part of an Agile Team. In this role you will work with
EmpowerID’s Architects and Engineers to define and design the Azure environment that will run the projects production implementations
of EmpowerID’s (EID) IAM deployment. The successful candidate will be highly self-directed, an excellent problem-solver
and able to work with all levels of the organization. Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills are required.
Azure product knowledge in Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, PowerShell/PowerShell DSC, Azure AD, Azure WAF, Azure Resource
Manager or Jenkins and experience in working in distributed agile projects is required.

JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and build a production Azure environment to support the EmpowerID Application
Work with EmpowerID’s Architects and Engineers to Design and Build out the Azure environment to support the EID
Application
Design and devise supportable solutions
Collaborate with other team members on and offshore (Netherlands, US, India)
Communicate effectively with the architect and development teams to ensure a healthy Identity & Access Management Platforms

QUALIFICATIONS:
5 + years of experience and a Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5+ years of development experience with Infrastructure design and cloud deployments
Recent experience designing and deploying in Microsoft Azure’s Environment
Required Experience with; Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, PowerShell/PowerShell DSC, Azure AD, Azure WAF, Azure
Resource Manager or Jenkins
Messaging and Stream Analysis - RabbitMQ, Azure Message Hub, Kafka, Spark, Python
Microsoft Bot Framework

Agile SCRUM working experience required
