Understanding and troubleshooting issues related to Azure Offerings – Iaas & paaS
Provisioning Azure offerings
System Administration Experience
Troubleshoot and resolve DB issues
Contribute to design & build – Azure Services
Level 3 Support (Incident + Service Request)
(Functional issue resolution, restoring service and fixing production issues in the applications, minor modification to scripts or configuration parameters) support per established processes.
Resolve production incidents per applicable SLA
Coordinate with Users, Customer and other third party vendors as required for production issues resolution
Make communication to all impacted stakeholders
Perform Infrastructure health-check, monitoring & patching (track through incidents/ service requests)
Overall experience of the candidate to be 6-9 Years
