The Junior Salesforce Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day support of clients Salesforce applications. He/she possesses subject matter expertise on the features and functions that are contained in the system and serves as primary support for any issues or requests reported by end users.
This individual must be able to work cross-functionally with business users and technical support/development groups to provide exceptional customer support for multiple Salesforce applications (Sales and Marketing Cloud
Main Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve help desk tickets raised by end users
Partner with end users to assist with custom reports and dashboards
Collaborate with development teams and vendors to enable new capabilities or bug fixes
Maintain process documentation for system configuration
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
Experience Required
2+ years supporting Salesforce applications
5+ years professional experience
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of users
