Summary Excellent experience in Designing, Maintaining & Tuning  Big Data and Azure services.
Role  Azure Big Data  SME
Mandatory Technical Skills Analyze and design high level architecture for proposed model for multi-tenant environment.
Design and implement solution to ease current complex legacy Azure  big data environment.
Ensure critical applications are designed and optimized for high availability and disaster recovery
Azure security.
Ensure integration tools and practices are known and used.

Database: Azure SQL / SQL, NoSQL, Cosmos DB
Azure Data Factory Activities.
Azure Databricks, HD insights and Azure AS.
Platform: Azure PaaS to includes monolithic services (e.g., App Service Environments) and micro-services (Azure Service Fabric, Container Services, etc along with Azure Functions, Azure Storage Blobs & Containers, App Insights. Overall understanding of Azure environments and options is also a plus
Communicate and validate application performance specifications
Desirable Technical Skills Experience and working knowledge with Microsoft Azure services  including planning, configuration, optimization and deployment.
Understands unique differences in customer/departmental needs of Big data platform.

In depth knowledge on Microsoft core platform technologies based on windows server.
Proficiency in Windows and Azure Active Directory technologies including PowerShell, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
Responsibilities include virtual networks, image creation and maintenance, subscription management, storage management, Backup/DR, Network Security Groups, Role Based Access Controls, Azure Active Directory, Azure Automation, Monitoring, and Logging.
Monitoring the system bottlenecks – CPU, RAM, Disk IO and Networking using performance counters, alerts.
Experience with Scripting/Automation/IaaS/PaaS
Leverage resource tagging to allocate costs and optimize resource planning
Visualization skills like SSRS & PowerBI
Hands on experience on Python.
