This role requires responsibilities such as:
Working with clients to determine requirements and to define the scope of a project,
Clarifying a client''s system specifications,
Defining software, hardware and other requirements,
Analyzing IT requirements within companies and giving independent and advice on the use of IT,
Developing agreed solutions.
Managing and supporting deployed solutions.
The preferred person for this role would require working knowledge of and skills in the following technical areas:
Azure IaaS/PaaS/SaaS
SharePoint Architecture, Development and Administration
Azure networking (Virtual networks, Subnets, VPNs, Network Security Groups)
High availability, Load Balancing, Application Gateways, Availability Sets, Scale Sets
Cloud identity, Azure AD Connect
AWS SysOps, DevOps, Architecture, Networking, and Security
Identity and Access Management (IAM)
AD / DNS / GPO / DFS
Exchange 2010/2013/2016 and Office 365
Failover Cluster, DAG and AOAG
Remote Desktop Services
Citrix, VDI
SQL Server
VMWare / Hyper-V
Windows 2008/2012/2016

Qualifications
A University / College diploma / degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline or work-related equivalent.
Preference will be given to candidates that possess certifications such as:
o MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure
o MCSA: Cloud Platform
Nice to have:
o AWS: SysOps Administrator
o AWS: DevOps Engineer
o AWS: Solutions Architect
o AWS: Advanced Networking
o AWS: Security
o Linux: RHCSA (Red Hat Certified System Administrator)
o Linux: LFCS (Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator)
o Linux: OEL (Oracle Enterprise Linux)
Suitable experience and / or certification in Azure Cloud and AWS Cloud services will be preferred for this position.
Suitable experience and / or certification in Azure Networking, AWS Networking, or Checkpoint Firewall services will be preferred for this position.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure Services: Active Directory, Networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSL.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft server technologies: Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, SharePoint, CRM, Exchange, System Center.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies: Office 365, SharePoint Online, Dynamics.,
Knowledge of Ansible and other DevOps toolsets will be an asset.
Knowledge of the principles of project and risk management.
Knowledge of broad scope of architecture, technology, tools, processes and procedures will be considered an asset.
Experience
At least 15 years’ experience in technical support, system networking, and systems monitoring of a complex technical infrastructure are requested.
Requires 5 or more years of demonstrated leadership experience.
